
TASA CEREMONY
For the annual Top Achievers & Sales Reps Awards Ceremony, the challenge was to create a unified visual identity that could span two distinct yet related events—an elegant and cinematic Awards Ceremony and an energetic, retro-inspired After Party. The solution was a dual-purpose poster design that captured the essence of both occasions while maintaining a cohesive look that worked across both the formal ceremony and the celebratory after party.



The overarching concept was inspired by the rugged, cinematic allure of classic western films, blending a nostalgic homage to the past with a modern twist that would seamlessly transition into the high-energy 80s western aesthetic for the after party. The key was to design a poster that felt timeless and iconic, while also embracing the playful, neon-infused vibe of the 80s.


For the Awards Ceremony, the design draws inspiration from the sweeping landscapes and bold typography of old-school western movie posters. The typography is inspired by vintage western fonts, with a contemporary twist to keep it fresh and modern. The color palette is warm and earthy—think burnt oranges, deep reds, and sun-soaked yellows—evoking the mood of a high-noon showdown.
For the After Party, the western theme shifts into a vibrant 80s aesthetic—think neon lights, bold patterns, and a splash of retro flair. The same cowboy figure from the ceremony is reimagined with neon accents and a slightly more playful, exaggerated silhouette.



The new identity and website quickly differentiated the company from its parent brand, and the tradeshow presence allowed Syncore to assert its position as a forward-thinking leader in the promotional products industry.
